**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our company. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive the company's financial strategy and growth.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Lead the annual audit process

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role

- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles and best practices

- Strong understanding of accounting software and financial systems

- Experience with budgeting, balance sheet reconciliation, double entry bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and accounts receivable

- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with other departments

- Excellent communication skills for financial report writing and presenting to stakeholders

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
